FP notice received - Gone early, not done, asked to come on scheduled date.
Question- Can I go to some other service center, Does it matter, if the FP is scheduled for Oakland and we go to San Jose
and vice versa?
Will it affect the processing in any way?

Please clarify.

read some of the recent "FP done" messages below...

expecially in SJ FP waiting thread and you will find whole bunch of people who got FP notices from Oakland but they actually got FPs done in San Jose.

Go to San JOse ASC on 740 Story Road, San Jose (Behind Taco Bell)

They do not ask any questions.

However, it does not matter if you do early FP. YOur approval is still based on your RD/ND.
