 I am still waiting for my FP.

My last name starts with "K" but I have not yet received my fp notice. I started to think INS issues fp notices in the order of first name initial as my first name starts with "W". After getting some confirmation from Kuyil, I am more leaning toward what I guessed.

Does the first name intial theory apply to you and your wife\'s case?
