RD 11/8/99 ND 11/12/99 PD 3/4/97 EB3 India. Just called the lawyer and find out that FP Notice Received. I don\'t know the date or location yet because i have not received the copy of the letter. I am happy that VSC suddenly woke up and start working again. One of my friend with ND 12/12/99 also got FP notice and scheduled for March 28th
