FP notice received, Can go for early FP? Please advise

Hi,

I received FP notice for myself and spouse scheduled for 1st week on Nov, 04. Can I try early FP? any experience in NY area? Please advise.

I-485 ND: Jul-03, No RFE
Got 1st EAD and AP
Applied 2nd EAD and AP in Aug 04
 
which asc is it. If it is Brooklyn then definitely you can try as they really dont look at the notice that closely as the number of people waiting are lots. Saturday would the right day to try.

Has any one got early FP in newark..i have the date of nov 9..if i can get early that would be great!..

In my opinion the worst that could happen is that they will ask U to come later. But if I were you I would just check with my lawyer about any -ve impact as I have no knowledge of that.

When you go there you will realize that there are so many people waiting of various nationalities that the first priority is to keep the line moving fast. Just remember to take passport, DL and notice as they are particular about those things.

I also got fp in jamica planning to go this week end .Did yo try early fp in jamaica.

what RFE you got for EAD,
my wife got RFE for both EAD/AP
i dont know exact info about that rfe
please let me know
 
Maybe you can try ASC in Hackensack, NJ. I did an early FP there on Oct 1st., which was scheduled for Oct 23rd. I had drove serval people there for early FP before. None was refused. I know one person tried to do early in Newark but failed, and then went to Hackensack next day and had it done without any question.
 
Ead rfe is for photo id

Hi There ,

Ead rfe is for picture id .My lawyer sent copy of Passport .Is it possible to try in different Asc .(Different than what is mentioned in appointment ) .I moved only 50 miles so i can afford to go back to newyork .if pple move states which are too far it is not practical to go to the same asc .

Holiday due to coloumbus day

Hi folks ,

I went to hackenseck Asc by 8.00am .Turned out couple of hours waste as it is holiday today .Had a plan to go other asc if they refuse .Will try again on wednesday .

Hackensack no use

Hi Folks ,

Tried for early Fp in hackensack they accepted to do it even if it is different ASC( As i showed hime NJ driver licence and letter from Ins saying my addressis changed ) theay are not ready to do it early . Not decided wheether to wait or try in jamaica .will post it .

Completed early Fp today at jamica /NY city .They did not bother abt date .Who ever comes from which ever state they are doing .No questions asked .But big que took couple of hours .The guy there mentioned ppl are coming from florida to get fp done .
 
I wanted to know how long it took you to get your FP completed the day that you went. I am scheduled to go in 12/21 but am thinking of going in early after reading your post.

Couple of hours

Hi ,

As i mentuioned in the post i went on saturday by 10 am i got out bu 1130.If u can make it early crowd may be less .
