FP notice received but status not updated on USCIS website

Hi,

I received a fingerprint notice on 09/03 but the status on the USCIS website hasn't been updated. Do they change the status when they mail out FP notice?

I140 (EB2)/I485 concurrent

ND 07/09/2003
FP notice 08/25/04

Many people (myself included) have received FP notices recently with no change in the status message on the USCIS website. In some cases, people haven't seen the message change for a long time, even after the USCIS has received the FP results. It should change eventually to FP sent / FP received...

Can I request for the RD /Nd of your 140/485 filings.

Also, my wife's 1st FP notice has come but mine is still pending....though, she is on dependent filing & I am the main applicant. Is it common? What can I do?
** There is no change in online status for either of us.

Same here - FP Notice received, online status not updated

Same here guys, received FP Notice for both of us scheduled on 09/25/2004

Online status not updated.... the LUD also didnot change.

I140 was approved on 07/15/2004

I140/I485 RD - 06/18/2003, ND - 07/07/2003

You dont have to worry.. I received my wife's FP notice 2 weeks ago and my lawyer got mine just today.

This may be a dumb question .....
From your reply above - it looks like that your wife's notice came to you while yours went to the lawyer.
We got my wifes' FP notice at our home address. Will mine go to the lawyer or will it come to me?

After the fingerprint has been collected, how long does it take to have it cleared by FBI and thus have your I485 "ready" for adjudication?
