FP Notice - Oct 99 case

Hi Guys,

Can you tell me who gets the actual FP notice - the lawyer or the beneficiary ? I have been calling my lawyers office and leaving messages, but they dont bother to return my calls . I am sure many of you have been through the situation and can relate to my anxiety.

Try calling the IIO and get the first hand info, making sure FP has been sent for your case. That way you will have a say when you come in contact with your lawyer. Then you will be sure whether they are lying or not.

I think this is the lawyer who will receive our FP notice. I am in the same boat with you. Called lawyer but no return and no FP notice yet. ND 10/7/99.
