FP notice mailed 2 months ago...lost in mail!!!!

I just contacted CSC about not having received FP notice for my 485 (RD=04/14/05) and they replied that it was mailed on 4/19/05!!!!

So most likely it was lost in the mail. DO they also send a copy to the attorney?

My FP date may already have passed by now. What are my options now???

Yes, they do send a copy to your attorney. It is very unlikely to lost in the mail as at least one (your or attorney) should get the notice.

Not all the time they send copy to attorney. The FP notic for my kid, the only send to us. USCIS is famous in inconsistency.
