FP notice is faster than I expected.

I just checked the AVM. My wife\'s and my finger print notice were mailed on Dec 28. Much faster then I expected!!

I am newbee in this.. Don\'t have much knowledge.. I live in Chicago but my employer is in PA. My case was applied at VSC. But I have received FP Notice from NSC. What state I am in technically? PA or IL?
