take some action

You have to talk to your lawyer and take some action. Your FP is way overdue. Chicago has been quite good regarding FP for most cases. My RD is 07/09/01 and ND is 08/14/01 and FP appointment date was 11/27/01. Many people have got their FP done after that as is evident from this Forum. Lawyers should have a way out.

It doesn\'t work...

My lawyer called twice & so did I - nuthin doin! My collegues who applied 1-2 months before me got their FP done 5 months before mine.
