FP notice for ND /RD Dec 1999

Are their any people on this forum which are still awaiting FP Notice for ND/ RD dec 1999.

I see people with ND/ RD 2000 getting their approval .

Whats going on at VSC , god help us !!!!!!

I am in the same boat. Both RD & ND are 12/99 and currently waiting for FP notice.

By any chance is your residence in the Texas Service Centre (mine is and I am trying to find out if there is any connection between the delays and place of residence). Thanks in advance.
