got a FP notice for november.
   PD 01/98
   EB2
   RD 05/00
   ND 06/00
   FP 11/00
   Do you think my FP notice is by mistake or real. ususlly how long does it take to get approval after FP notice.

I don\'t think PD has anything to do with FP notice.
My 485 was filed in Feb 2000 (India/EB3/ PD : May 98)
and my spouse\'s 485 was filed in Jun 2000 as a dependent of
Me. Though my PD is not current, she has received FP
notice scheduled to be in the first week of Nov and no news
on my FP. Talk to our corporate lawyer & private lawyer about this.
They couldn\'t figure out any reasoning behind this.
