FP Notice for 2002 May Filers

I see some orderly scheduling of FP at TSC these days

Four different April 2002 filers in my city had received FP notice last month. All of them got notices in there order of RD/ND. Two of them had same 485 RD/ND and are from different country got their FP notice on same day!!!

I hope may filers will get FP soon.
 
I ran the macro for the 485 filers with the src number range from 0217350500 -51500 and found something interesting.

The 485 filers with the src02173 numbers suppose to be with the ND 05-14-02. However, in between 50800 and 50850, there are a few with later ND, one even 03-03-03. The interesting thing is all the later filers got response, Resumed, Approved, and Card ordered. The normal filers with ND 05-13-02 all are "Received".

I have to think that the one who are not in order must be special for BCIS. They are intently picked up rather than randomly.

The date you see is not the notice date. It is the date on which that particular action was taken. For example, if it says "FP Sent" and it has a date 03/03/2003, then it means BCIS sent the FP notice on 03/03/2003.
