Fp Notice - early FP possible?

Anybody tried for early FP at Wheaton, Maryland office? If so what happened? I got FP notice for Aug-27 2005. Are they going to allow me to early FP? Or any nearby office will allow me to give early FP? Appreciate your reply. Thanks.
