Hi , I field for I-485 with RD sep 14th and have not yet received the fp notice. Did any one there in the same boat. Please responde.

I am in CA (Bay area)

My RD is 7/6/01 but got late FP notice on 02/27/02 (too late) FP is scheduled on 4/9/02.
 
My wife RD is 11/02...AP and EAD approved...Got FP for 04/02/02 but done on 03/02/02 we are in CA

 
 
Received Fp notice

I received FP notice scheduled for April 11th.
Venti, how did you get it done before scheduled data?? Did you give any reason or proof at the time of FP??? Please reply.

My I-485 receipt date was 8/30/01 and I have not received FP notice yet. I live in San Jose. Please let me know. Thanks!
 
I received Fp and done early

I received FP scheduled on Apr 11th at San Jose office. I got it done on Mar 9th. They didn\'t ask any questions. They welcome early Fps.

No Appoinment is required for FP..

You can just go their between 10 am to 4Pm from Tuesday to Saturday!
I did this saturday,3/9(scheduled for 4/6) and they didn\'t ask any questions. You just have to take your FP notice and any Photo ID(your Driving licence is good enough)..
