FP notice and approval notice

Hey folks I have two questions:

1. Does INS always send out two copies of FP notice and approval notice, one to me and one to my attorney? If the copy for me did not arrive for some reason, can I use the attorney\'s copy to obtain FP or passport stamping?

2. Which address does INS use to assign individual to a local INS center for FP? mail address or residential address? I am asking this as my mailing address and residential address actually belong to two different local INS.

Answers...

1. Yes in most service centers and in most cases. With INS you will always find exceptions.
2. Whatever address mentioned in 485 application.
