FP notice after successful interview.

I had my interview on Aug 1st Santa Ana DO that I passed. IO handed me the usual “You are approved” letter and told me that I should be getting oath letter in few weeks. On Aug 12th I got second FP letter scheduled for 16th Aug(Sat) stating that my finger prints are expired :mad::mad::mad:. I did my FP on 13th. Should I be worried this second notice after interview?

1st FP Notice - 05/23/2007
1st FP Date/Done - 05/24/2008
INfopass - 12/19/2007 - Stuck in name check.
IL completed – 08/01/2008 - Pass
2nd FP Notice - 08/13/2008 (scheduled for 08/16/2008)
2nd FP Date/Done - 08/13/2008
Oath letter - ??
 
Congrats pal, eaxctly same thing happened to me. They issued the oath letter 2 weeks after taking 2nd fprints and another 1 week for me to get in the mail. You have nothing to worry about. Give them 3 - 4 weeks if you don't see anything do infopass to make enquiry.
 
Still no oath notice yet. It's been 6 weeks now.

To be safe, I suggest you make an infopass in Santa Ana office and tell them you haven't received the oath letter. My coworker's wife waited for a few months for oath letter and it never came. She finally got a notice from Santa Ana office saying that she didn't attend the oath. She had to visit the office to explain that she never received the letter through mail. They finally scheduled her another oath. That happened last year. By the way in your case, how long after your NC was cleared did you receive your Interview letter?
