MY RD is 7/18/01 and ND 9/5/01 but not FP yet ??? INS iio says it was schudled for Dec\'29 but because of INS computer problem it was not posted. Now what to do ? I asked them to reschudle in Jan\'02 but not FP notice till now ???/ Is anyone else is also there with same problem and what u r doing ?????

talk to the IIO....
and better talk to your lawyer too....ask him to move his f****** ass....he can talk to INS and get your FP scheduled or whatever is the problem he can get it resolved..I read somewhere on this board a problem similar to yours.....some guy\'s FP was scheduled after 2-3 days and he came to know that by calling the IIO...so the IIO sent him the FP notice by FedEx so that he could receive it in time....you gotta talk to those goddamned IIOs and ask them to help you out as you have already got a raw deal......

Last time, when i called iio regarding, my fp, she told me that the fp requests will be processed by two computers. so said the first computer will transfer the requests to the second and from that they will send the notice. she also told me that some times some records will be skipped, when transferring records from the first one to second. so she asked me to call them back if i didn\'t receive fp notice with in 2 to 3 weeks. so call them and ask her whether your request was processed in both computers or not.

Talked with IIO and lawyer both ??? but no progress ???
I called IIO 4 times and everytime they said it can take 3-6 months for getting another FP date .. My lawer send reschud request in last week of Jan\'02 but no reply till now ??? My first talk to IIO was on 8th jan\'02 and till now its 2 months , no FP ??? what to do now ??? Is there any other way ???

hi vin2000! i just read your messages and it seems we are in the same situation. my rd is 7/26; nd is 9/6 and still no fp date!!! by the way, i\'m also from nj. i called vsc last week and i was told by the immigration officer that i was supposed to go for fp in newark, nj on jan 11. however, my lawyer never got the fp notice. i was told by the io that she was going to mail out a copy of the notice so i can reschedule the appointment. to date, i have not received the copy yet! my lawyer already wrote ins in feb but we have not heard from them yet.

They will not mail FP notice ??? U need to ask you attorney ...

RD 7/20, ND 9/06, called VSC 3 times, FP scheduled on 5/7/02
When I talked to an officer, I was told that my original FP data was 3/8/02 but the notice was not setn out until 3/20. Now they re-scheduled FP for me on 5/7/02. I haven\'t received FP notice for my wife.

RD Sept 04th no FP
Called IIO few times and got almost the same feedback. Last time I spoke to IIO I came to know that even if you don\'t get a FP in scheduled time you will ultimately get when your case comes up for review...that\'s why you will see people with RD of June/July getting their FP\'s now (people who missed in first round)...so relax and don\'t worry about it!
