I got a second FP notice saying that my FPs were not readable. I went and gave my FPs last friday. My first FPs were given in august. My ND is 04/26 and WAC-01-167-xxxxx. I see a lot of April applicants getting their 485 approved. So, since I got a notice for another FP, how long will it take for the entire process. My husband is the primary applicant and will his GC be delayed because of this? Any insight on this matter appreciated.

Same thing here. My wife\'s FP is not OK according to IIO. Now we are waiting for FP redo notice.
I got different answers on your question. My lawyer said her FP issue will not delay my case(I am the main applicant). But someone on this site said we will be approved or transfered to local office for interview together.
Could you tell me where is the notice from? From CSC or ASC(where you did your first FP)? And would you please let me know exact date for your first FP and receiving date for second notice. I try to figure out when we can expect my wife\'s notice.

my first FP was given on Aug 10th, (one week ahead of schedule). I received my 2nd FP notice on oct. 24th, (scheduled for Nov. 30th), but gave the FPs on Oct 26th. I got the notice from WSC(i think it is a print mistake and assumed that it is from CSC). My local INS is in Alexandria, Virginia. When i went with the notice, the officials there said that they haven\'t received any letter matching my appointment, but asked me to give my FP anyway. So, i should check upon this with INS. Also, i haven\'t checked with the INS abt my previous FPs. So, where is your local INS located?
And, how can we check the status of our FP using the phone, is it the same number we call to check the status of our 485?

Our local FP office is Oakland. We did FP on Oct. 9th and call FBI on 10th, they said FP forwarded to INS, called INS around 15th, was told FP not good, called INS again around 24th, was told there was not FP information in their system. Now waiting. The # we called is 949-831-8427.
I think you should call INS to verify FP in 2 weeks after, they should know the result.
