FP not done yet

Dear Fellow Swimmers,

I have filed my EB2 concurrent 140/485 at VSC on 4/21/04 and I had my EAD/travel documents approved within few weeks.

Now I have not received any FP documents from VSC, so it leads me to the question

a) DO I have to initiate the FP process by filing somethings at VSC

OR

b) VSC initiates the FP by sending some papers.​

Just want to make sure when my day arrives, all they need is ready.

My ND was 3/26/2004 (EB2) and just received FP notice a few days ago. I guess you guys will receive it soon. :)

You don't have to do anything. You will receive a notice from USCIS mentioning the appointment date, time, and location. Some members have reported that the FP notice went to their attorney only.

In my case, both my attorney and myself received the notice.
