FP message

What difference between the following FP on line messages:

1: ........Your fingerprint has been collected and case pending for review......

2. ..........Your fingerprint result ahs been received and your processing of your case has been resumed.


I filled I -485 same time as my friend, but after FP done, we got different on-line messages. Which case will be approved first?

I too have the same message

I too have the same message ( no. 1 ) although my wife's is normal message ( no. 2).

According to my lawyer, If the INS opens and validates the FP, then the message will be (No.2), but if they have not done anything with FP after receiving the FP from FBI, then the message will be (no.1).

Mine and my wife message is 1.

Is there anybody with No.1 message got approved? How long?
