FP message - Is it normal?

Hi, my wife and I did FP back in July 2003. But the online status for both of us never changes. It still says " we mailed a notice requesting that you appear for fingerprint recording. The notice also gave the times and location where this processing could be done. If 14 days have passed ..." .

Is it normal or there may be a problem with our FP results? I checked with FBI and they said they sent the results to TSC the next day after we did our FP. Gurus, please give me your opinions. Thanks.
 
I never had FP yet... but I learned from many thread that this is normal.... and even many ppl got FP and message still says " We received ur application .... blah blah... and we sent u receipt blah blah.... it will take 900-990 days.. "

many ppl got FP and their message even never changed since pettition received notice. u might be lucky....

May be after some time it would change that they received FP.....and later it would be changed.... ur case resummed... and than RFE and than..... Party time... but not in all case FP msg changes some ppl says they never see online FP notice and even sending FP after months years it changed to either ur case resummed or approval.... just sit tight friend..

Guys/gals- It seems to be the rule that the message never changes after FP. You will just wake up one day log on to the INS web site and see the approved statement on there. I am still waiting for what I'm told is a sweet experience. As far as I know both the attorney and the client get FP notices.

FP 3/25/2003- Message still says 990 to 999 days.
 
only the applicant and not the attorney gets the FP notification.Approval notice goes to attorney and courtsey copy comes to the applicant, RFE is send only to lawyer
