FP Location - Moved to new location

I moved from New York Sate to NJ and informed the INS about the address change.Called up VSC to verify that they have my new address and they had updated it. Now I have got a FP notice to go to Albany , NY for FP instead of Newark,NJ. Can I go to Albany, NY and get finger printing done ?
