when you post such messages please please please back it up by some solid data... I know a lot of people are waiting for FP\'s and they would be really happy if INS is issuing FP\'s

I think, don\'t expect any new FP notice within next several months. CSC is holding and will hold the I-485 processing time in JIT due to:
1) 245i causes so much backlog
2) premium service
3) proirity date for EB becomes current for all
Until JIT for I485 advances, no FP will be issued.

245i does not impact because the applications dont go to CSC right away. Priority becoming current and contractors strike are the main reasons. I believe we will start getting the notices in 1-2 months or even before that....
