We have been asked to go to Boston INS at 170 Portland street for fingerprinting. I saw a lot of posts that say FP is done at the FBI. Where do others who have had their FP done it?
 
As far as I know..

FP should be done at the ASC and the status can be checked at FBI by giving your A#.

BTW when did you receive your FP, my dates are also similar to yours and have not received the FP yet.

Does the AVM for your case say that FP has been sent?

I received the notice on Thursday the 13th. You should be getting yrs anytime. I am never able to get thro to the AVM so I don\'t know what it says

Thanks for your encouraging words, I got the FP Notice today.

What do you think of doing FP in ahead of time? Does it do any good?
