FP Gurus, Please tell me who will get the FP notice, me or Lawyer??

You will get a Copy

You will get a copy (applicant Copy) that you ned to take it to the INS office with a photo ID.

My attorney told me, if it is VSC, the FP notice goes only to the attorney. However, in rest of the service centers, FP notice goes to both attorney as well as the beneficiary. Someone please share their experience.
 
Heard from Gurus: Original to attorney and copy to you

This is for VSC FP and AOS approval.
Any idea if we get a courtesy copy of I-485 ND.

Both you and lawyer

You get primary copy and lawyer gets a copy called Representative Copy
 
Applicant or Lawyers copy??

My lawyer has received Finger printing notices (representative copy) for myself and my wife. However,I have received fingerprinting notices (applicant copy) for myself and NOT for my wife.
Which finger printing notices do I have to take to Newark ASC for fingerprinting, applicant or representative copy?
Please share fingerprinting experience (or tips) in Newark ASC. It will be greatly appreciated .
 
Take it easy

It is a simple procedure which gets over in 15 minutes flat. so dont worry. Take any notice (yuor copy or lawyer) it does not matter
