FP from VSC?? :(

I got my FP notice: We just collected it and apparently our attorney got it on 07/12/2000!!!

  PD 6/96; RD: 8/03/99 ND: 08/23/99.

My RD is 7/21/99 and ND is 8/4/99 and still waiting from VSC!
Anyone in same boat?/

Also, it matters which local INS center you are in..
Boston seems to have a long wait..?

I might be wrong, but I don\'t think that PD and FP have anything to do with each other. I used to think so, though. My case is China EB1, PD 2/3/98, I485 RD 4/1/99 ND 5/3/99. I didn\'t receive FP notice until last month (June). I wrote to INS SIX times to inform them of my change of address, but it didn\'t help. When I finally got hold of an IIO, she blamed me for not calling them directly to change my mailing address (six letters meant nothing!).

I did my FP today in Boston. It was a raining morning. When I was waiiting in line at 7:30 Am today, I was determined to tell you guys that you had to be proactive with your life, but you do have to be careful with your approaches.
