FP for Oct 99 ND

What is the status of FP notices for the people
with Oct99 ND?
When will they resume?
Can we assume that they will be resumed from Oct 1, 2000?

No fp yet. Talked to my lawyer. I was told that it would take 8 - 10 months after my fp.

I spoke with the IIO this morning for FP notice with ND 10/99.
I was told that now they are preprocessing ND Aug 1st 99 .
They will pre process all applications on ND basis but issue finger
prints only when PD is current for the applicant to prevent FP
expiration. After FP it should not take very long though.
My guess is it will be another 6 months by the time they get to preprocess Oct 99 NDs .

I know atleast 5 guys. There PDs are not current and they are April 97, August 97, October 98, November98. All are EB3, India, VSC. their ND are 09/99 or 10/99. They have gor FP notice and FP already done! What u say?

And do you mean that the PD will stay where it is until the FP is provided for all person whose PD are current now?.
