FP for ND - November 2000 and beyond

Hi guys

Are there people who fall in this category ?
Please let\'s keep track. I see some people
who have NDs in October and November 2000 going
for FP in March.

I see a lot of my friends getting FP for ND beyond October and November 2000. So there definitely is a two track approach in VSC and Jan 2000 NDs not getting FP yet, doesn\'t really imply Oct 2000 and Nov 2000 NDs won\'t get theirs now.

It is just that in this forum, the people who post their stuff incidently have NDs in late 1999 and 2000. The others after October and November 2000 don\'t bother coz theirs is done.

A lot of people whose ND falls in August/Sep. 2000 have completed the FP (including me). My ND Sep 00, FP completed on 12/00. I really do not know the reason behind INS\'s rationale with respect to sending out the FP notices in connection with the ND.

We are all hoping that this is a positive sign.

Yes, I received FP notice today for April 4.
ND for i-485 : Nov 27/00. EB2

But no FP for my wife yet.

Hi,
Our lawyer called and said that he has received FP notices for my wife and my self. Here are the details:

EB2 RIR,
India,
PD 28-Dec-98,
RD 25-Feb-2000,
ND 14-Mar-2000
VSC
Sterling, VA

FP is scheduled for Mar 17th.

This site has been very helpful for me so far.

scheduled on 4/4/01.
