FP for N-400 expires, now what?????

I am asumming that you are waiting for the name check clearance, right? Generally CIS will not make any attempt to FP you again until your name check is cleared. You need to find out what is holding up your case and act on it proactively. I was also in a similar situation so I can understand your anguish. Good luck!

My name check was completed on 8/03, and I have been waiting for interview since then. I sought help from Senator & Congressmen, but didn't do any good to my case. Since my FP will expire 11/04, probably I fall into new queue now. What did you do to move your case? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

It is unfortunate that congressman/senator route is not working for you. However, don't give up.........You can try to fax letters to the District Director or call them, talk to an officer and explain them your situation. I have done this quite successfully and got responses from them.
I am now waiting for oath scheduling and calling them once every week. I think you have to keep on trying and not give up..........it is a frustrating experience. Good luck!
