FWIW, someone posted a while back that it's the ASC's themselves which determine when your FP is done (depending on their schedule). In my case (ND 10/23/03) I seemed to get the FP notice really early compared to others (did FP on 09/10/04) but our ASC is in Fort Worth (Texas) and it doesn't seem to be very busy at all.
