FP for Applicants between Jan 01 to April 01

Lisa1, your and mmine ND is same 01/23/2001.

I got my FP notice in Nov and did FP in Dec.
Althought I did go to local INS office to schedule my FP.

I recommend to all applicants between Jan 2001 and April 2001 to go to local INS and schedule FP. Especially, now a days when TSC is processing cases around Jan 2001, if they put aside our files becuase we did not give FP. I would imagine it will take them long time to come back to our files again.
 
ND 3/01 /01.Got FP notice april end.FP done on May29,2001.

It looks as if I was amongst the last ones to get FP done.
 
Which local center?

Can you go to local center to schedule it by yourself? If so, everyone can just go there schedule one for him/her self if FP notice from TSC is delayed. Are you sure we can do this? By the way, my service center is really bad, it even does not issue any interim EAD after passing 90 days. I very doubt they will schedule a FP for me no matter how long I have waited.

Mine is Atlanta...
I am planning to go there next month to get Interim EAD....Please advice....

There is a difference. Akash had FP notice in Nov. He just rescheduled and not scheduled himself.

No one in EB3 category with ND Jan 01 has got any FP notice from TSC.

Thanks a lot for your info. Our company\'s lawyer told me yesterday evening that my case has been with an IIO from Jan. 8th. I should expect my FP soon. I will keep you guys posted. Wish all of us whose case has been delayed get some good news soon.
