Do they do FP for those who have filed I-485 in 2003 at all?

Why such a hurry?!. In the good ol' days it took INS at least two-three months to schedule a FP. With the current backlogs, it's better to postpone FP-ing to a later date if only to avoid having it redone 15 months from now.
 
You are probably right, and I am trying to figure out what they are actually doing. Are they scheduling any FPs for those who filed I-485 in 2003?

Why dont you call the IIO and ask how they are scheduling ? That way you can come up with a spectacular theory ?

I'm trying to find out what they are doing, not to come up with a spectacular theory. Besides, IIO probably does not know a thing.
