FP expired, waiting for direction from TSC

I had contacted TSC IIO two weeks back and she said that my
Finger Print will be expiring on April 29th. As it is
expired by now, Is there anything that I can do to expedite
the process of getting second FP notice from TSC. I had
asked her whether I can use my first FP notice to get my
second FP done, she said \'No\'.

I had read in some discussion that I-485 can still be approved within
30days of FP expiry date. Is this correct ???

my I-485 status also looks like same as yours.

Can you post, whenever you get new information reg. Finger print .

Is "Premium processing is it applicable for us" ?

I think INS is planning to implement "Premium processing"
first for Non-immigrant visa and later on extend to other
categories.

tried calling TSC, and they hung up after waiting for 45 min.
This happened 3 times,since yesterday.

Just now talked to TSC IIO.
She first said she is going to schedule for FP.
I asked whether my case would be assigned to officer.
She said, they are still looking cases from July 1999.(standard
reply.).I verified my address with her,as I changed it last year.
She is rude..

I got the same message from TSC IIO too, saying
that they are processing July 99 cases. But I have
seen lot of cases getting approved whose ND is later
than July 99 for EB2 & EB3(Other).

I will also call IIO on monday and ask them to schedule
my second FP.

Keep me posted on any new developments from your side.

I do not know if they schedule for my FP.I cannot trust TSC anymore.
May be I have to bug them,if I do not get FP notice after 20 to 30 days.
Is someone else in the same boat with similar PD/RD/ND.
I have\'nt seen many approvals in this time span (ND Oct 99) for EB3 cases.

Can we believe them?Also,like someone said in this group,
can we take the old FP notice for getting FP\'s?
I saw only only few getting Fp\'s like that.
Can I give a try?
 I believe,TSC is doing the same thing,that it did last year.
The explanation given by them(in immigration-law.com),
was most cases have expired FP\'s and so they proceed
for applications whose have valid FP\'s.
Their automatic FP scheduling system,is somehow not working,and
so we\'re paying the price.

I talked to IIO today and he said that my file has been
requested by an officer. IIO feels that it is mostly
for FP redo. He asked me to call back after 2 or 3 weeks.
