FP expiration

How long are the first FPs valid for ?
If FPs are expiring should one call BCIS or just wait for another notice ? or can we go to the local BCIS office without any notification ?

any opinion would be much appreciated.

Oops.. my previous reply fwas for another thread..

I think FPs expire after 15 months.. I treid asking my lawyer to inform INS about my FP expiration, but lawyer advised me to wait and let INS send FP notices.

You can try visitng local INS service centers and inquiring there.
