FP Expiration??

Hello guys, I've been waiting for my oath letter since June 2006, I was interviewed and pass, but the paper says no decision can yet be made, bacause of background check or name check, now my question is. Will I be asked to retake my fingerprint or not?? remember I pass the test already. thank you all.

Yes but someone told that because I was already interview, they might not need my fp again,
