Hi Friends,

Please share your FP experiences.

Along with org FP notice, two pic ids. What more required to carry with?
What document INS will keep with them? etc..

My friend got FP to be done in Jan3rd week. (Manchester, NH)

just orig FP notice and a single form of photo id is reqd. You have to fill out a short form with info such as Address, A# etc. This form will be signed, dated and given back to you after FP is done as a proof. They will keep the original notice. Its a fairly smooth process. Good luck.

Please note that you or your other family member who is scheduled for FP has any injury/cut/bruise then re schedule for later date since they will not take FP with above. Hope this helps

Hi Guys,

Guys it may be stupid qtn, but I would like to know for info.
Do they take finger printing for all the fingers?

And is it okay to have minor scratches on a thumb?

And what if want to go for earlier date then it is scheduled?
Is it possible? What do we have to do (call them?)?

They will take prints for all ten fingers(both hands). ;-)

No idea if you have minor scratches on thumb.

I understand from this board that, you can go inadvance ( no need to schedule appointment :: just walk in). Prepare yourself to tell them some reason, why you want to give finger prints in advance.

Hi guys

I am having a few questions regarding to the 485 application, I really
appreciate your help

1. I am working for a consulting company located in NJ, while currently I am working for a client in Maryland. My previous labor and
I-140 are both filed with a NJ address(a friend of mine), I probably
will use the same NJ address for I-485, is this going to be a problem?

2. My wife is also working in Maryland now, which address shall she
use to file 485, MD address or same NJ address as me?

3. My PD is 4/23/00, given cut off date 4/1/00 for Feb, I am confident I will be able to file 485 on March. So can I go ahead to do
the medical check? My lawyer seems don\'t want me to do it now, I don\'t understand why.

4. My lawyer seems to have a under-table deal with my employer and he
is tring to delay me as much as possible, what shall I do?
