Bhargav,
I and my wife called up the IIO separately to register the change of address when we moved here. The address got changed in their system because I did receive my wife\'s EAD at our new address. However, FP address was not changed.
However, if you take the letter to ASC and tell them your situation, they shouldn\'t have a problem. I have a lot more cases who have been through the same thing and had their FP done at a different location.
