No. I didn\'t go ahead. We recd. our fp notice on 8/1/00 and the FP appointment schedule Date is : One week starting from 8/1/00. If one can\'t go within this time period, then, he/she can do the same on consecutive wednesdays. We recd. the fp notice on 8/1/00. Did the fp on 8/2/00.

I think it depends on the Finger print center - how busy they are or not. We went one week ahead of time - FP scheduled for week of 7/28 but we went on 7/22 and there wes nobody there taking finger prints. The lady did not even see the date on the finger print notices. It took about 5 mins to take the finger prints and we were done.
BTW we went to the Philadelphia ASC.

FP done on Sat 8/5/00 at Hempstead Long Island NY. It was scheduled for 8/8/00. We took a chance and were not even questioned. We waited for 20 minutes and FP was done in a minute. The whole experience was not bad at all. Now we are back to the waiting mode for the approval.
