FP done on Feb 04, 03. Not yet Updated at BCIS

Hi,

Me and my husband have done our FP on 02/04/2003 this year, and my online 485 status it is not updated with Finger Printting Received.
Is this normal?

Spoke to FBI I believe (304-625-5590) and got our Alien Numbers verified, and the lady said both the Finger Print Cards were sent to INS on Feb, 04.

Is this NCSC is different form FBI, I happen to contact FBI today and they happen to send FP cards to INS on Feb, 04.

If it is different any idea what number should I be calling to reach NCSC.

it is different

The NCSC is the BCIS's customer service hotline. they can be reached at 1-800-375-5283.

it would be good to call and check if they received the fingerprints.

I did the Fp on January 24, 2003 in Alexandria, Virginia. And till now the website is not updated. I called the FBI and they say they send it to BCIS the nest day.
