FP done on 10/2/2007 but no LUD online

Hello everyone hanging in there for the slow Immigration processes! I have 2 questions:

1. I had my finger prints taken on 10/2/2007 but there was no LUD online. The date on my I-485 and I-131 are still the original ones when they received it. Should I get concerned and contact NSC? From reading the posts it seems they are lacking at updating all online cases.

2. My EAD was approved on 10/6/2007 but no cards received yet; the I-765 LUD was 10/10/2007 so I hope that maybe they mailed it that day... It's been almost 3 months though. Are they usually this slow?

I would appreciate anyone's input. Thanks a lot!

FP done in Nov end but No LUDs

Please reply as I am in the same boat. Finger printing was done in Nov end for Aug 16 filing date in NSC. Should I be concenrned? I have received EAD and AP. My I-140 was approved before I filed for I-485.

Call INS and ask. Here is the Nebraska office info.

Dial 1-800-375-5283, then
option # 1-2-2-6-1-enter case #
Press 1 to confirm the LIN #
Listen to the message
Press option 3-4
This should connect you to NSC with an IO.

I ended up calling and they told me that the fingerprints had been received. (a few days after the day I had had them taken). You can also ask about your Name Check (a.k.a. FBI check). I was lucky to have a friendly guy taking my call and he gave me all the info. My case is now waiting for the Priority date to become current according to the Visa Bulletin. Maybe April...
