FP done in May 01, but AVM doesnt say anything about FP

For everyone who have done FP, does the message ever say that FP was received on so & so date ?
Mine just says that "485 application received on so&so date, we mailed you a receipt...taking 360 to 390 days"
My RD: 3/13/01
ND: 4/01/01
FP in may 01

Hi Buddy,

I have the same situation. I did my FP on 8/3/01 and checked with FBI after a few days. According to them they did send it to NSC. I also called NSC and talked to IIO and the lady told me that they have it in file. After a few days, in beginning of October 2001 I received one more FP notice. I ignored that notice since I had finished FP less than 90 days before. I hope this will give you a little comfort.

yes, in my case

EB3 RIR India, Indianapolis
PD: 9/10/98
RD: 7/2/01
ND: 8/10/01,
EAD/AP: 11/25/01
FP: 1/22/02
FP results received from FBI by INS per AVM: 1/25/02
AVM changed to: FP results received by INS....Processing resumed.....Will notify you if required or when decision is made etc......
 
But now AVM says case approved!! So i guess they did get the FP :)

even tho they never updated their message.
