FP done but online status no updated

I did my finger printing on 4/12/03, but the online status still not updated yet. Called BCIS many times. I was always told that my personal information could not be accessed and they had no way to check if they received my FP results. Is this true?

Hi,
If you have filed your i_485 at the local INS in Houston, Then BCIS cannot help you. I am in the same situation. I did my FP 2 months ago and till now, i have no way of getting an update. I tried calling BCIS and got the same answer you got.
I filed my I-485 from K1 back in Jan 2003 and received my FP at the end of may. I am still waiting for my interview appt. Hope it is soon.

did finger print on 3/35/03. online as well as AVM has the same message. no updates yet.

No updates for me, but for my wife they updated the message. I have done my FP in Jan 03
