Mine was concurrent filing with a labor substitution (EB2). I have received the receipts for EAD/131/485 and my FP is done. I called my attorney and came to know that he has not received the receipts for I-140. (Its been more almost 4 months)
I would like to know what impact this would have on my processing. Secondly, does BCIS provide receipts for 485 stage and even allow FP without receiving I-140 papers.
