Fp Dilema Experts Pls Help

Experts please help. I and my wife had our FP done at Norfolk on Jul'12. I called TSC AVM and according to the message my wife's FP has been approved and processing has begun again. However the message on my case says that FP notice has been sent blah. blah..
I called the FBI office and accrding to them they have not received my FP yet even after 3 weeks. Is it possible that my FP's were messed up.What do I do now.
Can I go to Norfolk and have them do it again. Would my applcn be treated as abandoned.
Please help.

Do you have your receipt?

Call INS and asking about your FP also I think you can go to your local INS where you have your FP taken and ask them them too.
First call INS ASAP!

We did our FP on 04/04/2002. Mine went through ok but my wife's failed. She got her 2nd FP notice on 06/18/2002. Both cases were approved on 07/05/2002.

I did speak to an IIO at TSC and she suggested that I could go to NORFOLK and explain my case and they might consider though normally they do not consider case without a notice. She also added that if tehy were to order a FP notice my case will further delayed.
Any feed back on this will be appreciated.
