Just wanted to check my theory on why some people are getting FP, though others are not getting (my RD 16-Jan-2001 and no FP yet). can u guys confirm when you got ur passport stamped for H1 last before filing for 485. I got stamped on 04-FEB-2000 and my RD for 485 is 16-Jan-2001 and the gap is less than a year.
