FP Date and/or EAD approval

hi,
My 485 application was mailed to VSC around 30th Oct' 2002.
I checked with my lawyer & he told me that my notice date was 15th Nov'2002.

I still did not get my FP notice or the EAD approval.
did anyone get their FP Date and/or EAD approval from the same date.
how long is it taking these days to get the FP notice.
