FP confusion

Hi. I got my first FP notice back in Oct 2001 with an appointment date of 7th Nov. I was going on a vacation in Nov so i decided to go to INS Hartford Service Center to try and see if they will except my FP even though it was alomost one before time and in a different service center. to my surprise they took my FP and later on i called FBI number to confirm that it was sent to VSC. after that i went on vacation as planned but while i was on vacation my lawyer contacted me saying that they have received another FP notice and that i should go for that. i came back from vacvation and checked the automated response system at VSC and it says that "on Nov 28, 2001 the results of my FP for review were received by VSC and processing has began on my case " Does this mean that my FP is ok ?
my RD is April 28, 2001 and ND is June 12th , 2001.

I guess your new FP notice asks you to ignore it if you were FP\'d in the last XX days. So you should be Ok. However, it might be better to speak to an IIO and reconfirm.
