FP Completed

My wife and I completed our FP ahead of time on 12/14/2002. Our FP was actually Scheduled for 1/10/2003.

I had called TSC couple of times before I got our FP.

Interseting observation:

In the FP notice case type was X999, instead of I485. They ASC people rectified that, but I was wondering if it was due to the fact that our FPs were generated on Request and not by automatic Scheduler.

Others who have requested their FP by calling IIOs.. please confirm.

Make sure ASC rectifies if in case it is not I485.

May be that sound right..

Finally.. After attempting for 5 times in 3 weeks.. 5th time I got the IIO I was hoping all the time.. She said she is ordering our FP.. And surprisingly she really did..!!
But, on my FP, case type is some other number.. instead of 485.. for my wife case type is right but srewed up A# last 3 digits. Only today we received our FP.. I called up the number on FP notice.. He said we need to go to local INS office and correct it before we go for FP.. and he said we need to go in person for correction with proof of A# and ID etc..

RD: 8/3/01 ND: 9/7/01 2nd EAD/AP 10/02.. Tracker Name: KVNR
FP Scheduled date is January 9th... in Boston.
No Avm or online status updated.. as of today..
First company in FL with TSC-INS.. after 8 months of 485 applied date - changed company, lawyer and Address.. to Boston.

Hope this info helps..

job change after 180 days ???

V_NReddy

did you send any letter to INS about your job change after 180 days...

you got FP after changing job .....so it looks like it's moving smoothly.....

thanks in advance....

Hi Akaman,
I too managed to get my FP notice by calling TSC a couple of times. My notice clearly said I-485 on it. So, I guess they made an error on yours.

I think I know the reason

It looks like when IIOs are generating the FP request they manually type all the information again for FP.

Some type all the information and some type partial information:

For e.g in our case:

On my FP notice My address was 204 instead of E-204 and in my wife's case it was 304 intead of E-204.

I called TSC immediately to confirm and rectify if they had wrong address, but they confirmed that they have E204 on records for both of us.

When I told her about the incident, she said that maybe, the operator had typed it wrong on FP notice..

TSC-RD-june2001 :- I did not updated INS about my Job change.. But I updated my address and Lawyer change..

Today: I went to local INS office for corrections.. They updated on there system.. and changed on my FP notice with their initials.. This thing took only couple of minutes.. but I had to wait whole day to get my turn at local Boston INS.
I haven't completed my FP yet.

Inform INS or not ?

Hi ,

I have this question , should we inform INS or not for job change after much longer than 180 days ( when close to FP ) ? Do any one knows any recent GC approvals and their interview experience ? Does INS asks for paystub ?

Regards
