FP Code 1 for I-485 - Second Time in 9 months

I had my first FP Code 1/ I-485 done on August 4th, 2005. I received a second appt today for FP Code 1/ I-485 set for May 17th, 2006.

Has anyone recently received a second FP Code 1/I-485 around 9 mos of their first FP Code 1?

I did code 1 .... 3rd FP //// .... I am expecting something soon.

My lawyer told me that FPz are generated 15 months time .. Automatically.

Unless some officer generates it while working on the file.

Hello minn_labor

Yes I also received one to be done in June 2006 after 13 months. We had code 3 earlier in April 2005 and now we received just code 1. It looks they need new Finger prints only ( code 1 ) after approx. a year as they expire. Did you finish your FP how come you only had code 1 both the times?

Hello minn_labor,

Yes we received 2nd notice ( code 1 only ) after 13 months we had first time in April 2005 ( code 3 ). It looks like the FP expire after approx. a year and they need us to re-take it. Did you finish your FP?...how come you had
code 1 both the times?

I had Code 2 done too. But since my question was specifically pertaining to Code 1, I didn't think it was necessary to mention Code 2.
 
minn_labor, I got the code 1 for 485 again within 10 months, but I did not get code 2 yet for 485, not sure where we are at
