FP cleared but name check pending.

Hi,

I recently had by GC interview in Boston (1/9/2007 - within 3 months of my priority date) and the interviewer told me that they couldn't approve my GC as yet as my name check hadn't been cleared by the FBI. However she told me that my fingerprints were cleared. Is this normal? Should I assume that my name check is going to take a long manual process since my finger prints came through quickly. Do the two checks come in together usually? My online staus shows that the USCIS received my I-485 on 10/12/2006 and the case is at their MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER location. The LUD on my I-485 is 10/19.

it's very common,my fingerprints were cleared with in 24 hrs, my name check been pending for last 2 yrs.system sucks
